MOCAP

Online education offers learning choices that are effective, flexible and accessible. The Missouri Course Access Program (MOCAP) is designed to expand the range of courses and opportunities offered to students byLaunch Virtual Learning increasing availability to online learning. Clinton School District offers online instruction through State Fair Community College, Missouri State University-West Plains, and a virtual learning partnership program with Springfield Public Schools called Launch. This virtual program allows students in grades 9-12 to take rigorous online courses. Through this program, general education classes along with dual credit classes are offered online for students. The Launch program also provides virtual education for students in grades K-8.

Virtual learning registration, must be completed by the end of the first full week of school for students in grades K-5 (deadline for the 22-23 school year is September 2nd). For students in grades 6-12, registration must be completed by the end of the first full week of each semester (semester deadlines for the 22-23 school year are September 2nd and January 13th).
