Signs of Suicide Prevention Program @ CMSTo proactively address the issue of the rise in teen suicide rates, Clinton Middle School will be offering a depression self-screening and suicide prevention program to their students.  This program, called SOS (Signs of Suicide) is used by thousands of schools across the nation.  

A letter regarding this program can be found here.  This letter was mailed to all parents on Monday, October 7th.

More information regarding the program will be available during a parent meeting on October 9th from 7:15-8:00pm at CMS.  

If you do not want your child to participate in the program, please complete the form at the bottom of the above letter and return to school by Tuesday, October 15th.
